You need to create an account and log in before you can apply to see how much you qualify for, add items to your cart and complete your order.

Yes, you may register with BluBlink, however you may only utilise the credit card and cash payment functionality.

You receive a preGÇæqualified shopping value to spend with, email updates on new tech, phones and sales, and access to your purchase history where you can view order status, dates and order numbers.

Yes. You can browse the store and view products without logging in. Certain information such as monthly payment options may only appear after you log in and complete the eligibility process. 

Use the 'Forgot Password' link on the login page to reset your password via email. 

Please check that your phone number includes the correct country code, your network connection is stable and your SIM card is active and not damaged. 

Once logged in, select 'Find out how much you qualify for'. You will be asked to provide personal and financial details which will be used to assess your eligibility and determine which payment options are available. 

Monthly repayment options may not appear if your basket contains products with different payment rules, the total monthly amount exceeds your approved limit or certain products only allow upfront payment. 

Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, RCS), debit cards issued in South Africa, EFT, part payments or contract options. Rewards points such as CGÇæConnect ChaGÇæChings may also be supported.

Yes, multiple payment methods can be used to complete a single transaction.

Your card will be charged immediately after completing your purchase based on the payment split you selected. 

If a payment fails the system will attempt to retry the transaction shortly afterwards. If the retry also fails the transaction may be reversed and you will be notified.

Yes. Once you have an account you can access the customer portal to download invoices, download statements and view your account summary. 

The product must be in its original condition and BluBlink must be notified within the prescribed period. Returns and cancellations follow South African CPA regulations and BluBlink Terms and Conditions.

Refunds are typically processed within 3 to 5 business days after the returned product has been received and assessed.

Repairs depend on the product and the availability of repair stock with the supplier, however repairs generally take between 7 and 14 working days subject to BluBlink's Ts&Cs.

Delivery costs may vary depending on the purchase amount and selected delivery options. The final delivery cost is displayed during checkout. 

You will receive SMS and email updates once your order ships or when the status changes. You can also log into your BluBlink profile to track your order in real time or enter your order number on the website tracking section. 

OutGÇæofGÇæstock items will be placed on backorder and shipped once stock becomes available. An estimated delivery date will be provided and you will be notified of any updates.

If the parcel is visibly damaged you should not accept delivery. If the damage is noticed after accepting the parcel please contact customer support and send photos within 24 hours.

Ownership transfers to you once the full payment term has been completed and the final settlement payment has been made. 

Yes. You can request an early settlement quotation from the Customer Care department. The quotation is valid for 48 hours from the time it is issued.

BluBlink uses SSL encryption which is indicated by a lock icon and https in the website address to ensure your personal information is protected. 

Warranty details are provided by the manufacturer. If you have questions you can contact the BluBlink Customer Care team. 

BluBlink may offer promotions such as Buy and Save deals when purchasing multiple qualifying products. 

Promotions may apply only to specific brands, items or minimum purchase amounts and are valid only for the promotional period while stock lasts. 

You will receive an email confirmation and a call from Blue Label Connect to confirm your delivery details.

City or urban areas: 1GÇæ2 days. Regional areas: 2GÇæ5 days. Outlying areas: 5GÇæ7 days. Rural areas: approximately 7 days.

You will receive an SMS with delivery details and a tracking link. 

You can contact Blue Label Connect on 087 159 6215 to arrange a new delivery date. 

Delivery costs may apply depending on the product purchased and the delivery requirements.

If the wrong device is delivered you should not accept the delivery and contact Blue Label Connect within 24 hours.

Do not accept visibly damaged devices. Report the issue within 24 hours so that the device can be assessed and replaced or repaired if necessary.

Yes. Devices can be returned within 10 working days provided the device is unopened and still in its original condition. Fees may apply if the device has been opened or used. 

Most devices come with a manufacturer warranty of approximately 12 to 24 months depending on the product. Batteries are often excluded from warranty coverage.
